Terms and Conditions
• A non refundable deposit of £10.00 per person is required when booking one of our party nights.
• A non refundable deposit of £25.00 per person is required when booking either Christmas Day Lunch or New Years Eve.
• We cannot guarantee to seat large parties of 10 or more all on one table.
• The management reserves the right to make changes to the programme and or menu without prior notice.
• We advise guests to insure against cancellation.
• Cancellation policy
• A non refundable deposit is required no later than 2 weeks from a provisional booking being made
• Balance and full payment is no later than 2 weeks prior to the Party Night. Minor amendments may be made up to 7 days prior although full charges will still apply
• Deposits paid for non arrivals or cancellations are forfeited. They are non transferable and cannot be offset against any other purchase within the hotel.
• The hotel reserves the right to charge the organiser, company or individual for any damage caused
• The hotel reserves the right to refuse entry to the hotel
• Rates are inclusive of VAT as of January 2011 and may vary with any changes in Government legislation
• The special Bed and Breakfast rates offered apply only to the dates specified and are only for those attending the specified Christmas Function within the hotel.
