Arrive to a champagne reception with delightful light canapés, this is to be followed by an opulent six course meal then you can dance all night long on the sparkling dancefloor.

At midnight be part of the grand countdown and continue dancing into 2017 with our resident DJ.

A tasting of the sea:

Quay cured sea bass, smoked salmon bruschetta, sevruga caviar, Great Orme crab beignet,

mackerel pate, sashimi tuna served with crisp ciabatta, Marie Rose sauce and citrus dressing

Main Course

Pan roast fillet of “Dolmeinir Farm” rare breed beef, cheek fritter, pomme puree,

braised sweet onion, crisp parsnip, baby leaf spinach, and burgundy jus

Or

Butter poached loin of West Coast monkfish wrapped in Carmarthen ham, confit Jerusalem artichoke, sun blushed tomato, buttered kale, Dublin bay prawns, and bisque

Or

Wild mushroom, leek & Perl Wen pithivier, buttered fondant potato, chargrilled asparagus, warm leek terrine, caramelised shallot, and hollandaise sauce (V)

Glazed blackberry bavarois, textures of apple and blackberry, crisp meringue

New Year’s Package: 25% per person non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. Final balance required before the 1st of November 2016. Cancellations after this time will result in 100% cancellation charges with both deposit and balance payment retained. Menu pre-order and dietary requirements by no later than 1 month prior to arrival. No children under 16 permitted. Single occupancy supplement of £50 per person applies.
