We are dedicated to sourcing the finest local ingredients, from Menai Mussels, smoked fish from Llandudno Smokery, fresh fish from Mermaids of Llandudno, the finest Welsh black beef hand reared by Brian Thomas on Anglesey to Blas yr Fwyd award winning delicatessen in Llanrwst who provides us with the finest selection of Welsh cheese and chutney. We are also proud to announce that we have a great selection of local Welsh Ales in a hotel bar and our extensive wine list has been specifically selected to accompany your gourmet experience.
